considering for enviroment, people should not use lead for fishing, now we are able do steel jig head, it has lower density, but if you use heavier jig head ball, it can reach same sinking speed, for example, 1/2 OZ to 1/4, costs is similar as lead, But our customer said people will never buy steel jighead before lead banned, so let us wait to that time.
